  • Search until the first success - search proceeds through all active dictionaries until the accurate translation is found. Then the search stops;
  • Search in all active dictionaries - search proceeds through all active dictionaries.

While searching dictionary buttons are marking by coloured dots. These dots indicate the dictionary where translation were found and fullness of this translation:

  • Yellow dot - translation of the whole phrase entered is found;
  • Red dot - translation of the single word entered is found;
  • Blue dot - translation of the phrase containing the word on cursor is found.

There exists an opportunity to run CONTEXT from Internet Explorer. Click the right mouse button on the selected word or phrase and choose «Run Context» command in menu. Another possibility to run CONTEXT is to press the corresponding icon on the toolbar of Internet Explorer.

Fast Call from Microsoft Word

Working in Microsoft Word you should not to select a word or phrase for translation. Put the cursor on the word in point and click the CONTEXT icon on Microsoft Word toolbar (this icon appears in MS Word after the installation of CONTEXT). This feature is very useful if the user doesn't know wether the given word forms a collocation or phrase with the neighbour words.

For example, the word sequence in the text is басовый ключ and the cursor is put on ключ. When clicked the CONTEXT icon you get the translation bass clef. In this case CONTEXT translates ключ as a part of the collocation (басовый ключ) and supposes the meaning clef as a priority one.
